AL Gummi has decades of experience in the freehand production of moulded parts.

Until now, freehand articles with a length of up to 2,000mm could be vulcanised. The increased demand for large moulded parts is now being taken into account. AL Gummi is further expanding its production.

Now AL Gummi can also vulcanise very large hand-made parts itself using the superheated steam process.

This means that we can now vulcanise components with a length of up to 4,000mm and a diameter of up to 1,750mm in our own autoclave. All production steps are now in-house at the Dormagen (Rhineland) site. This means that the individual process parameters can be better controlled and managed. Better product quality and shorter delivery times are the result.
