AL Gummi und Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Dormagen, produces rubber hoses, pipes and parts for plant engineering. We use our decades of diverse experience and knowledge from the company’s history and combine these with modern manufacturing and quality control processes.
In all areas, the transport of the starting materials and the raw materials required for processing is controlled by valves and routed through hoses.
We produce various components for pinch valves and hose pumps in a wide range of nominal sizes and elastomer qualities. These are suitable for abrasive materials to be conveyed and are also available in food and Ex versions.
AL Gummi develops and produces the components for these valves or pumps. They can easily meter and shut off liquids, suspensions and slurries through pigments, powders, granulates or fibres to pellets, chips, tablets and the widest variety of bulk materials for virtually all types of transport media.
In addition, we plan and build piping for plants, supply hoses and advise our customers on the optimal use of the products.
