Jörg Fischer joins Herrmann Langer on the Executive Board

Since 1 November 2014, Jörg Fischer has been the new managing director alongside the company’s founder, Mr Hermann Langer. Mr. Fischer succeeds the long-time managing director and owner Anne Langer, who is retiring from the operative business.

Mr Fischer has already been with the company since October 2013. Among many other tasks, Mr Fischer is already responsible for the new website.
A graduate in mechanical engineering (RWTH Aachen), Mr Fischer has worked for various consulting companies in the past. He was responsible for the areas of factory and logistics planning, as well as process optimisation, lean and interim management.
In recent years, Mr Fischer worked for a major elastomer technology group on large-scale projects in South Africa and China and has extensive know-how in the field of rubber production.
